IICL GRADE PLYWOOD

IICL Grade Plywood is specifically designed and manufactured for use in the flooring of sea shipping containers. The IICL sets the standards for this grade of plywood, ensuring its durability, strength, and resistance to environmental factors. 

IICL GUIDELINES

 IICL guidelines mandate the following requirements for Marine Grade Plywood:

  • Minimum 28 MM Thickness
  • WBP Glue
  • Strength of 6780 Newton Psi
  • Wight of 59+ Kilos 
  • 19-21 Ply Veneers
  • Less than 14% Moisture
  • Must meet IICL Structural Standard of January 2019.

- 45.625"  x 94.5" x 28 mm Grooved

- 48"  x 96" x 28 mm Grooved

TESTING AND STANDARDS

Our marine grade plywood is tested regularly by the maintenance and repair divisions of steamship lines, leasing companies, and others.  


Allied Crown Services request testing be accomplished by CIMC, DEKRA, and Wood Advisory Service to ensure we meet IICL January 2019 new criteria. 


 The results continue to show our adherence. More over our product EXCEEDS the threshold of 6870 Newton Psi by far.
